Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches Announce £162,000 in Ministry Grants
The Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches has announced £162,000 in ministry grants.
Students at Oak Hill College, Crosslands, Union School of Theology, and the Midlands Ministry Training Course and two other institutions were the recipients of the monies.
According to the FIEC, most of the monies came from the sale of a church building that had closed and sold. The proceeds were then given to the FIEC which passed the funds along to those needing assistance covering ministry training expenses.
These grants followed on the earlier distribution of £1,953,905 divided between 180 recipients.
Applications for Training Fund Grants will continue through March. For more information see the FIEC website (fiec.org.uk).
