GAFCON Ireland Offers Course on Romans
Theology Ireland, sponsored by GAFCON Ireland, is offering an in-depth look at the Apostle Paul’s Letter to the Romans in May.
Although all are welcome, the course is primarily geared toward laity. The course will be taught by the Revd Dr Ro Mody of the Evangelical Theological College of Asia in Singapore. Mody teaches the New Testament for ETCA. Mody earned degrees from Oxford, Cambridge, and Aberdeen. He prepared for ministry by training at Oak Hill College in London. He was ordained in the Church of England.
The classes will be taught in the evenings over two weeks during May. There will be four sessions.
Session 1 will be held on Monday, 16 May and Session 2 on Tuesday, 17 May or Thursday the 19th. Session 3 will take place on Monday, 23 May and Session 4 on Tuesday, 24th of May or Thursday the 26th.
The classes will meet at The Halls, 1-3 Cadogan Park in Belfast from 19:30-21:30.
For those that cannot make it to the in-person class meetings, it is possible to attend online.
Price for the classes in Belfast are £25 (waged) and £15 (unwaged). The online sessions are £5 less.
Dr Mody is an exceptionally clear and engaging lecturer.
