National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast 2022 Scheduled

The first in-person National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast in three years has been scheduled for Tuesday, 5 July in Westminster Hall.  The programme begins at 07:30 and completes at 09:00.

Several seminars will be offered following the event.

Main speaker for this year’s gathering is the Revd Les Isaac OBE.  Isaac is founder of Street Pastors and President of Ascension Trust.  His theme will be, “Serving the Common Good.”

Attendees will have the choice of five seminars to attend after the breakfast.

Christian Aid will host a seminar entitled, “Climate Justice, the Church and the Global Common Good.”  The thesis for which is, “the climate crisis is the greatest challenge facing humanity today.”

Justin Brierly, Presenter of Unbelievable?  will host a dialogue on culture disputes entitled, “Finding Common Ground.”

Release International will host a seminar on the plight of persecuted Christians in Africa.

LICC will host a seminar called, “Serving the Common Good sin Everyday Life.”

The Trussell Trust will host “Stronger Communities:  Working Towards Financial Resilience for All.”

Those not wishing to attend one of the seminars can take a tour of the Palace of Westminster which will be led by a Parliamentary Guide.
